1991年1月愛知県稲沢市生まれ、 名古屋市出身。
新聞社・グローバル経済誌にて10年以上に わたりメディア業界に従事。立命館大学 政策科学部卒業後、中日新聞記者を経て、 2018年9月より経済メディア 『Forbes JAPAN』の編集者・記者として、 中小企業のアトツギやローカルスタートアップ をはじめ、国内外の経営者・リーダー層を多数取材。
2026年8月独立。「人物ストーリー」 「ルポルタージュ」「問いの設定／深掘り」 を得意とする。
同誌では「スモール・ジャイアンツ （小さくても偉大な企業）」 「カルチャープレナー（文化起業家）」 「クロストレプレナー（共創事業）」など、 各アワードの担当・企画に携わる。
2025年夏より、尾州ウールの産地の記憶を 掘り起こす個人プロジェクト 「おわりははじまり編集室」を始動。 名古屋大学の共創施設ComoNe探究プログラム 「ねのね」二期生に採択。
地域の文脈を汲み取ったコンテンツ企画や、 共創事業の編集・発信にも注力している。

Born in January 1991 in Inazawa, Aichi, and raised in Nagoya.
She has worked in the media industry for more than a decade across a newspaper and a global business magazine. After graduating from Ritsumeikan University’s College of Policy Science, she worked as a reporter for The Chunichi Shimbun.
In September 2018, she joined Forbes JAPAN as an editor and journalist, interviewing entrepreneurs and leaders in Japan and overseas, with a particular focus on successors of small and medium-sized businesses and local startups.
She became independent in August 2026. Her strengths lie in narrative profiles, reportage, and identifying and investigating the questions that matter.
At Forbes JAPAN, she contributed to the planning and management of awards and editorial projects including Small Giants, Culturepreneurs and Crosstrepreneurs.
Since summer 2025, she has led Owari wa Hajimari Editorial Office, an independent project uncovering the memories of the Bishu wool-producing region.
She was selected for the second cohort of Nenone, an inquiry programme at ComoNe, Nagoya University’s co-creation facility. She also develops, edits and communicates content and collaborative projects rooted in local context.

Nata nel gennaio 1991 a Inazawa, nella prefettura di Aichi, e cresciuta a Nagoya.
Lavora nel settore dei media da oltre dieci anni, tra un quotidiano e una rivista economica internazionale. Dopo la laurea in Scienze politiche presso la Ritsumeikan University, ha lavorato come giornalista per il Chunichi Shimbun.
Dal settembre 2018 è stata editor e giornalista per Forbes JAPAN, intervistando numerosi imprenditori e leader in Giappone e all’estero, con particolare attenzione agli eredi delle piccole e medie imprese e alle startup locali.
Nell’agosto 2026 ha iniziato l’attività indipendente. Si occupa in particolare di ritratti narrativi, reportage e definizione e approfondimento delle domande centrali.
Presso Forbes JAPAN ha partecipato all’ideazione e alla gestione di premi e progetti editoriali quali Small Giants, Culturepreneurs e Crosstrepreneurs.
Dall’estate 2025 porta avanti Owari wa Hajimari Editorial Office, progetto personale volto a riportare alla luce la memoria del distretto tessile della lana Bishu.
È stata selezionata per la seconda edizione di Nenone, programma di ricerca di ComoNe, struttura di co-creazione dell’Università di Nagoya. Si dedica inoltre all’ideazione, all’editing e alla comunicazione di contenuti e progetti collaborativi radicati nel contesto locale.
